Vacant Homes: $350

Since only 10 % of buyers can visualize the potential of a home, we need to help the 90% of buyers visualize the potential and attributes of your home.This consultation provides you with a thorough evaluation of your home.  We will then coordinate rental furniture and accessories for each space. We will stage the rooms to bring out the full potential that exists within the bare walls.  Rental fees will vary depending on product and length of rental period.  Any shopping or advice beyond our consultation will be billed at $65 hour.

*For Example, a living room set of a sofa, chair and tables will typically range from $120-175 per month.

Occupied Homes: $250 and up, depending on size of home

NI will bring objective and fresh ideas for your home from the exterior curb appeal to the interior walls.  During this 1-2 hour consultation, we will walk from room to room with the client and compose a detailed checklist of DIY projects for the homeowner.  We want to bring out the BEST features of your home.  This may be painting the walls a neutral color, changing some light fixtures or de-cluttering your bookshelves.  Within 24-48 hours, you will receive our checklist of suggestions via email for your property.   Any shopping or advice beyond our consultation will be billed at $65 hour. 

Hands on Staging: Half Day $450 Full Day $600

The half-day of staging is a 4-hour process of proper furniture placement to show off your homes best features.  We put on the finishing touches with accessories and proper lighting,either rented or your own.  We can find inexpensive "fill-in's", such as artificial trees or florals at local discount stores. The full day of staging is an 8-hour process.  A full day of staging may be necessary for those homes that need a little extra attention and detail before the home goes on the market to attain a top dollar sale.                 

For the Real Estate Professionals: Only $125

We love to work with you as you provide comprehensive services to your clients. Many Realtors choose to include the Nouveau Interiors Staging Consultation as one of the value-added services they provide in their listing package.  Another way we work to help support Realtors is by providing the staging preparation for MLS photos.
